    1966 Mustang

I just picked up some parts for a 66 Mustang project I have and will be brining back to life! The 91 coupe is getting close to being blown apart to do paint and body work. and at the same time I have the sand blaster out I will be blasting 64 fairlane and 66 mustang sheet metal.

The car has been sitting for about 14 years. Currently has a 302/4spd manual with 9" setup!

I picked up some good fenders, bumpers, and front valence last night and have a pile of other parts already for it as well.

I have had a few items for this car for a while.

    347 engine
    TKO 5 speed
    EFI
    Wildwood 4 wheel disc brakes
    AJE rear 8.8 cradle
    Mini CPP front suspension
Maximum Motorsports torque arm and pan hard bar
    wheels TBD
    entertainment TBD
    interior TBD
    exhaust TBD

I used to know a guy who worked at a media company and recall talking to him about blasting cars but when I had a 69 Bug that needed it. I do not remember his stated reasons but he strongly advised against using sand and to instead use some pellet(plastic perhaps?) media. Unfortunately he has long since changed jobs or I'd try finding his contact information to see if he could still get large amounts of "samples" to blast a few cars with.

Congrats on the 66, I have been wanting to get back into another "vintage" coupe and build a 351W based Clevor for it but resisting the urge of actually getting a car. I still have my 67 Fastback for a vintage fix but it is essentially stone stock so does not feed my power desires.
