That's what the Constable said too. The dogs have already proven they are vicious and he said it would be less paperwork for him too.

Nobody has ever been viciously attacked by a basset hound.

I would get with the HOA to pass a no aggressive breed dog ordinance in their bylaws

    Still profiling.

I have a boxer. Once considered one of the most aggressive breeds. She barely even bites her food.

Boxers aren't known for attacking people at random but pitbulls are.

There are some gentle ones but for the most part they are not mentally stable animals.

I would love for some of these pitbull owners who have dogs that have attacked and defend them to get locked in a room lathered in meat flavoring with their dog after it not eating for a few days!

Yeah, but you'd have to explicitly target certain breeds. Then people could argue that German Shepards, Dobermans, etc. are aggressive and then it would leave you only able to own a teacup squeak toy or it wouldn't pass at all.

Im not one to scream "Law Suit!!" very often, but the victim here needs to make sure legal action is taken to cover the safety, health, and expenses.
My name is Collin and I have a problem.

    Agreed.

Also I have a boxer mix and I know he looks tough but the small dachshund female rules the roost. He has 60# on her too.

He is headed to the courts to get a dangerous animal warrant. Apparently the officer has not turned in the paperwork or anything yet as animal control has nothing on it yet. I will be getting with the HOA tomorrow at their meeting to discuss this as well.
