    Flashing headlights

Ok so when I bought this 06 stang gt it had to tall of a battery. So I got the correct one. The old one was hitting the hood and shooting out. Thought it was the cause of the head/fog lights dimming and getting bright. Kinda like flashing. Sometimes it's worse and sometimes it's not at all. Yall got any ideas what the cause could be. Alternator, electrical board, wiring harness, relay, switch, or fuse? Thanks.

Yeah this place is a ghost town these days. Maybe the same 5-10 guys checking in. My first thought with the headlights would be check for underdrive pulleys. Does the headlight intensity change with throttle use?

No. It does it for about 5 miles or something then stops. Was told it might be the voltage regulator.
