How would the new 5.0 do head to head

Seems like thet aren't compairing the right vehicles... Should have been the ZL1 vs. GT500... I think that would have swayed the results the other way. Comparing a 6.2l 580 HP vs. 5.0 444 HP. How do you think the Camaro wouldn't be faster in the 1/4 mile and on a road coarse? And Honestly why would Randy Pobst NOT drive the Camaro differently vs the Mustang as he is a GM sponsored Driver!

To heavily weighed to the favor of the Camaro.

I would think that chevy might be a little embarrassed that their supercharged camaro barely beats a naturaly asperated 444 hp. So what happens to these ZL1 owners when they start getting beat by 5.0's with bolt ons?

The test definatly was weighed for the Camaro to win.

I read the article last night at the book store. I agree with Matt on this one, Lopsided comparison. Not really a fair fight, heavy weight vs. middle weight

Yea it's Apples to Oranges IMO
A GT500 would destroy the ZL1
I would like to see MM&FF do a 2013 GT500 VS ZL1 comparo on the same tracks with someone like Mario Andretti driving both.
