    I NEED HELP!! Too many codes!

    So right now on my 2012 mustang GT I have 8 codes. The car sat for 2 years while the trans was broke. At that time it had bama 93 octane tune, offroad x pipe and a C&L cold air intake. I returned the car to stock while it was down except for the x pipe. I never had the actual programmer for the car because it was modded when I bought it. After I got the trans fixed, the car had an array of codes. I did the crank relearn process and got rid of two of the timing codes. The following codes are what I have now. The car currently has an X4 canned tune on it. The crank relearn was performed with my IDS software.

    P0014 B Camshaft Position - Timing Over Advanced or System Performance Bank One
    P0022 A Camshaft Position - Timing Over Retarded Bank 2
    P0135 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
    P0443 EVAP System Purge Control Valve A Circuit
    P052B Cold Start A Camshaft Position Timing Over Retarded Bank 1
    P052D Cold Start A Camshaft Position Timing Over Retarded Bank 2
    P064E Internal Control Module 02 Sensor Processor Performance Bank 2
    P1647 Linear 02 Sensor Control Chip (Bank 2)

    Do I need VVT solenoids, a PCM, some O2 sensors or what?!

    I will pay for help and or advice. I am on the verge of just taking it to the dealership and letting them figure it out.

    Cleared codes. Upon restarting the car (while warm), I immediately got the CEL.

    PO443 EVAP System Purge Control Valve A Circuit

    Chances are the purge valve is stuck. Scan tool and smoke machine will help on which one. The others I would assume from sitting it had no oil pressure to the Vct units and it probably through the codes.

    Purge valve didnt fix it. Lol. Only a $20 part. Oh well.

    I dont think it would keep throwing the timing codes though. I have updated modules, retuned, cleared codes multiple times. Car has 1800 miles since trans was fixed. 1800 miles with these codes. Doesnt really bother me but my tags are now out about 4 years.

    There's more than one purge valve. I misread your second post than sorry. Man that's a lot to try to figure out, I'm going to see if I can't get access to fmcdealer and look into the codes more. Since I don't work at ford anymore it's a little hard to get there info

    Guys I think I am going to replace the PCM. I got lucky I suppose because my PCM is the cheapest one. $230 from Mac Haik Ford.

    My reasoning are the last two codes on the list.

    P064E Internal Control Module 02 Sensor Processor Performance Bank 2
    P1647 Linear 02 Sensor Control Chip (Bank 2)

    On my IDS & on Alldata, the only possible causes for both codes is "Damaged PCM"

    If anyone would like to speak out about why you think I am making the wrong decision, please do.

    **update**

    Replaced the PCM today. Same shit. Im embarrassed.

    Got frustrated, looked closely at everything. I had another local performance shop install the tranny because I didn't have time. I will not mention their name because this was a buddy deal. Anyways, the harness at the back of the engine that looks like it is routed to the O2's and cam sensors is literally stuck in between the bellhousing and engine block. He told me hed take care of it. Will update later. Thanks guys.
